Griffith Roofing opened in 2001 with a single focus: to exceed customer expectations while providing high-quality roofing expertise. To that end, we hire only seasoned customer service professionals who will listen to your needs, address your concerns, and deliver on their commitments. Furthermore, we take all the guesswork out of roof repairs and insurance claims by walking our clients through each process and letting them know what to expect and when.

Mark Griffith, Owner

Mark started Griffith Roofing in 2001 with the vision of exceeding customer expectations. He prides himself on his strong work ethic, his desire to deliver exceptional service, and his involvement in every detail of each project. Mark and his team believe in communicating with clients and making sure they understand what to expect from start to finish. Being voted “Best Roofer in DFW” for seven years running is an accomplishment that Mark is honored to hold, and he continues to deliver the same levels of service to each and every client, every job, every time.

Robby Duncan, Field Operations Manager

Robby Duncan joined Griffith Roofing in 2008. After thirty award-winning years in automobile sales with Sewell Cadillac, Robby mastered the “Customer for Life” approach to service—a philosophy he now applies daily in the roofing business. He has built trusting relationships with insurance companies, agents and adjusters, and is well-versed in the insurance settlement process. His goal is to make your roof replacement a pleasant and stress-free experience.

After spending 20 successful years in sales management in the luxury automobile industry, Larry knows what it means to deliver on a promise and how a client’s positive experience leads to a long-term business relationship.
