A previous roofing company had screwed us around for weeks and left us with an inferior roof that needed replacing. Robby Duncan was our liaison with Griffith Roofing and he was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process while we were dealing with arbitration. Robby went above and beyond to ensure we had the information we needed, provided addresses of installed examples of shingles to look at, and was always very professional, courteous and responsive. The comparison between how these two companies executed the jobs was striking; not only did Griffith roofing complete our fairly large steep roof in only 1 ½ days, but unlike the previous company, they took great care to avoid shrubbery damage, shielded windows, put down wooden boards for wheel barrow traffic, covered AC units and laid out plastic sheeting to keep nails and trash out of the grass. They also did an excellent job tidying up, as afterwards I was only able to find about a dozen nails when combing through all the gardens around the house, which is remarkable. I couldn’t be happier with the great looking roof they installed and will absolutely use Griffith Roofing again we ever need to. Their subcontractor TKO Construction also did a fine job staining our fence.
